We are looking for a wide range of art proposals to be installed in the shared office in Kamaishi City.

<Purpose>

As one of the "Machinaka Art Makes the Town and Heart Colorful!" Project, we are looking for art work proposals to be installed on the walls of shared offices in the city. By installing art in a conspicuous place, we aim to enrich the hearts of viewers, improve the landscape, and create an environment where it is easy to participate in art and civic activities. Furthermore, by catching the eyes of many people, it will increase the motivation of the painter to create.

1 Applicants Any individual or group living in Iwate Prefecture can apply

2 Application period Until Wednesday, September 30 * Postmark is valid on the day

3 How to apply Attach the application form (printed from the Facebook page) to the work proposal (about A4 size),

6 About application

・ Limited to original and unpublished work proposals

・ Up to 3 entries per person (1 group)

・ The submitted work proposal will not be returned.

・ Please submit a work proposal that can be completed by the end of this year.

・ The installation location will be the wall on the left side of the front of co-ba kamaishi marudai (3-9-1, Odaira-cho, Kamaishi City) in the Kamaishi Daikannon Nakamise Shopping Street.

・ Please refer to the figure below for the size.

・ There are no restrictions on the art materials and production methods of the art works that will be installed when the award is received, but safety is taken into consideration.

Please assume that it will be exhibited for about 10 years.

・ We will prepare the necessary painting materials at zero spot after meeting with the winners (up to 50,000 yen).

7 About examination

The work proposal will be exhibited in co-ba kamaishi marudai from October 4th to 31st, and visitors will vote. At the examination committee on November 1st

The award-winning works will be decided based on the results of the visitor voting and the jury screening.
